The House Plans for My Sister’s Dream House
My sister just got married and I gave her the house plans for her dream house as my wedding gift. I grew up hearing her talk endlessly about her dream house so I had an idea of what she wanted. Even if I am not an architect, I am familiar with house plans and what to consider when making them. After all, I am an interior designer and I have worked with a lot of architects these past 10 years. In my line of work, a house plan is very important and I have worked according to the house plans of my clients.
When I did the house plans for my sister, I tried to recall everything she had said about her dream house. I also looked in magazines that featured modern house plans as my sister wanted a house with modern architectural design. I labored for weeks over the house plans and I was thankful that I finished them a couple of days before the wedding.
When my sister opened my gift, she couldn’t believe her eyes. She profusely thanked me for my wedding gift and she said that the house plans I made had everything she wanted for her dream house.
